We recently heard from Rob Mustard from Rancho Mirage in California on how QardioArm, our smart blood pressure monitor, has helped him lead a healthier and stress free life.
High blood pressure
Rob has suffered from high blood pressure since a young age and has tried every monitor in the past five decades, without finding a good match, until now. Below he shares his knowledgeable feedback on QardioArm and his incredible story with us.

“QardioArm has changed the way I take and record my blood pressure. I should first say that I have had hypertension my whole life, from the time it was first noted in my medical history at age 20.
For 50 years I have been measuring my own blood pressure, first with a sphygmomanometer and stethoscope, then with the many better home machines that have come along as technology has improved. All of these devices have been problematical in one way or another.
Qardio app makes life easy
QardioArm has none of these problems. It’s compact, very well made, has no tubes or other awkward design features. Best of all, the readout appears wirelessly in the Qardio app on your iOS or Android device. It is then recorded, graphed, and placed into the context of other past readings. You can email these to your doctor very easily. The readings are very accurate, along with a heart rate and detection of any abnormal rhythm.
Breakthrough in heart health monitoring
I think the QardioArm is a breakthrough in the monitoring of blood pressure because of its ease of use, and because it stores information in a way that’s easy for patients to access, understand, and share. For me, it has taken the fear out of the daily, sometimes hourly chore of measuring my blood pressure. It has brought me peace of mind, itself an invaluable tool in addressing and better understanding the often complex causes of hypertension.
Less time consuming
The whole process of taking one’s blood pressure is therefore easier, less stressful, and less time consuming. For me, this product has made my stressful life a lot less stressful, and I could not recommend Qardio more highly.
